The service and this agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and the SEO Perch operator identified above.

By using SEO Perch, you accept these Terms.

SEO Perch is an SEO dashboard and agent hub for search visibility, analytics, site health and work coordination.

It provides metrics and recommendations, not a promise of rankings, traffic or revenue.

You review recommendations and approve changes to your sites, apps and content before they are made.

Accounts and workspaces

Give accurate account details and keep your sign-in methods, tokens and connector credentials secure.

You must have authority to create a workspace and connect its data sources.

You control workspace membership and are responsible for activity by your users and agents.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Use SEO Perch lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property.

Do not upload unlawful content, attack the service, bypass limits, access another workspace or misuse connected APIs.

Do not submit sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions processed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe.

You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancel at any time from Billing to stop renewal.

Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

We give notice of price or plan changes before they apply to your next renewal.

The free plan allows one site and five connectors per site, with a minimum sync interval of 24 hours and no platform-funded LLM budget.

Plan limits and observation retention are described in the Privacy policy.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data.

You grant us permission to process it only to operate the service under these Terms and the Privacy policy.

Workspace owners can export workspace records at /api/workspace/export and delete a customer workspace with DELETE /api/workspace.

Exports exclude secret values, so keep your own copies of credentials.

You are responsible for the legality of data you submit and instructions you give.

The Data processing agreement at /dpa is incorporated into these Terms for paying customers.

Availability and liability

SEO Perch is provided as is and as available, with no service level agreement or guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Connected services can change or become unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss, lost profits and lost business opportunities.

Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service, cancel your subscription and delete your workspace at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach, non-payment or a legal or security requirement.

Where practical, we give notice and a chance to remedy the problem or export your data before termination.

An urgent security or legal risk may require immediate action.

Data handling after termination follows the Privacy policy and any applicable DPA.

Changes, law and contact

We give notice of material changes through the service or your account email before they take effect.

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal if you do not accept the changes.

Belgian law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory rights under the law that applies to you.

The courts of Brussels, Belgium have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
